The Managed AI Admin Agent is built, hosted, and managed on Northwind’s own private local servers in Orange County. It fully automates agreed business processes without an onsite hardware buildout. If you want equipment at your premises, Northwind also builds and manages dedicated onsite private AI infrastructure.
Northwind uses post-quantum encryption end to end and for stored data within its private AI systems. Approved connections to email, accounting, CRM, or model providers may process information outside that environment; each external data path and provider’s controls are defined separately.
